Mobile Marketing Manager

Sticky is a mobile gaming platform with an AI Game Maker at its center. Users can create a simple game in Try the app on iOS (web version out in a few days, Android still pending): https://apps.apple.com/pt/app/ai-game-maker-sticky/id1497044357 Founded by successful 2nd time entrepreneurs, we are backed by Canary, a leading Latam VC and are currently a small team (founder/CEO, 4 developers, 1 designer, 1 analyst). We are looking for a leader for Sticky's marketing efforts. Successful candidates will have: Interest in Sticky's product and mission Desire to join an early-stage startup with a small team Entrepreneurial approach to getting things done Either, or both (a) successful experience with performance marketing of mobile apps or games, including an analytic approach to estimating LTV and CAC and familiarity with the challenges of mobile ad attribution and the characteristics of platforms such as Meta, Apple Search Ads, Google & TikTok, and (b) successful experience with content and community-driven marketing of B2C products (e.g. Youtube videos, Discord communities, etc.) Ability to lead production of successful ad creative/content at appropriate costs, whether by hiring and managing in-house or outsourcing as appropriate Fluent English, given Sticky's market is international (USA largest country)
