What would you do? Ultimate responsible for the technical aspects of the squad. Develop strategies and initiatives focused on quality growth for the team, both in product and technical aspects. Lead the team in regular ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, pre-planning, planning sessions, etc. Develop, measure, and manage team performance metrics. Provide visibility into the team's status, progress, risks, and needs. Ensure alignment between business needs and scalable technical solutions. Be the source of problem-solving among team members and act as a communication bridge between the team and others. Foster a collaborative work environment based on honesty and good communication. Influence team members positively. Empower team members to take ownership of their product, processes, and outcomes. Is in charge of the team's relationships with stakeholders, is able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and handles tech vs non-tech trade-offs proficiently. Your experience has been shaped by 5+ years in mobile app development with 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of mobile development principles and best practices (iOS -Swift). Proven track record of successfully delivering mobile projects under various constraints. Experience implementing and refining agile methodologies in a team setting.
