Manage assets (mobile), controlling assets using reports based on stoklytics or excel. Verify invoices received from carrier and check if OK. Responsible for keep equipments in stock for operational issues. . And much better if you stand out for: • audit carrier bills, analyse discrepances and deviation, conduct good conversation to negotiate quick correction and keep frequency meetings to create relationship and accelerate this process. • Experience to manage this technical/financial with Vivo mainly. • manage accountability for billing & devices. Control floating this physical and prioritize maintenance/replacement and control nps for attendiment. • good organization, good relationship and clear speech for requests. . English Advanced/fluent; Desirable Skills: • have already work with Mobile Management tool • Create dashboard using PBI or tableau • Experience to create macro excel or mysql database • Relationship Vivo mainly, TIM & Claro is a pluss . >>>>> What do we offer?
