We are looking for a professional with a consultative approach and collaborative spirit to ensure all teams are working cohesively and driving towards a common goal. In this role, you will be focused on operationalizing the MOM strategic framework, achieving and improving on business outcomes, and ensuring an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment is adopted and upheld. Promoting important external customer and company partner relationships will be critical for success. In this position, you will report to the Business Manager, Professional Services (Cyber, Digital, MOM).Your Responsibilities:Support presales and consulting phases completing FEED (Front End Engineering Design) and FGA consultative phases with customers and proposing aligned solutions.Demonstrate P&L ownership and proactive business management responsiveness to hit annual business goals.Leverage remote team integration into the delivery work efforts to provide capacity and cost benefit to the regional teams. Accept flexibility to adapt working schedule to accommodate global regions availability.Coordinate the technical team, monitoring the development of projects, aiming to meet the customer's needs within the established deadlines and following the quality standards pre-defined by Rockwell.Responsible for coaching of direct reports.Work with direct reports to meet training needs.Responsible for all performance aspects of the assigned engineering team.Attract, retain, and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the delivery team.Achieve the planned utilization goal.Analyze Backlog/Frontlog of projects to optimize resources in the region.Ensure compliance of all team activities with QMS/ISO/Security standards, other company requirements, and applicable industry-specific regulatory quality compliance.Support presales and consulting phases implementing directly FEED and FGA with customers and proposing solutions and proposals.Define project documentation standards in the region.Define a list of partners in the region to support the implementation of projects.Interface with the Global capability centers.Manage regional projects/programs KPIs, shipment Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and collaborate with the PMs to reach the target margin.Coordinate and report regional project progress to support the schedule and budget using standardized reporting templates.The Essentials – You will Have:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.2 years of experience in a management position or supervising/leading an Engineering team.5 years of experience with MES/MOM systems implementations, process automation.Database and systems interfaces knowledge.Fluent in English.Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.Strategic thinking for problem anticipation and problem resolution capabilities to aid in the achievement of strategic goals.The Preferred – You Might Also Have:MBA or advanced degree.Formal experience in project management skillsets and related credentials (i.e. PMP, Agile).Experience with MES, analytics, IoT, and digital solutions.Experience in the Life Science, Automotive, and Consumer Product Goods industries.Rockwell Automation's hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.We believe that employee diversity is an important element of our common future.
