We are looking for excellent peolpe with experience of the Design and Implementation of Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) initiatives; and/or Strategic Development and Execution ; and/or Strategic Foresight , in a complex international organisation or field of work. You will be a key part of a Foundation dedicated to improving the lives of everyone, and particularly those in most need. This is achieved through many initiatives starting with democratic, accountable governments held to the highest standards of equity, information and tolerance for the populations that they must serve. You will be working across geographies in a global team, driving strategic development toward these goals of change, internally and externally. Do you have: MEL/Strategic Development/Strategic Foresight work experience working experience in a multi-cultural, multi-national, multi-stakeholder and/or high complexity organization expertise using quantitative as well as qualitative data analytics and reporting to inform decision making experience guiding and training other stakeholders will be interesting excellent English and communication skills, additional language fluency could be advantageous while not essential: a post-graduate degree in a related field such as Human Rights; Democracy; Development; Economics etc could be very interesting. Relevant experience is valued above academic qualifications alone. a highly organized and strong work ethic, with a flexible and creative problem solving attitude and an interest in learning and developing.
