Job Description

This position is responsible for developing and continuously reviewing the strategy for the IT interfaces and Equipment Integration of tire manufacturing.
The role supports the region by implementing innovation across the plants and conducting training and coaching for local system integrators/engineering.
Additionally, it provides services to the tire plants in America to ensure operational efficiency by applying sophisticated problem-solving techniques and coordinating global standard system implementation.
Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
Knowledge in automation, IT, IPC Management, and Database;
Knowledge in Software (Step7, TwinCAT);
Knowledge in OPC;
Experience in Projects, as a member or PM;
Programming Skills (C#, Python);
Coaching and Training Skills;
Experience working in multidisciplinary, intercultural, and/or international teams or projects;
Fluent in English.
YOU STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or similar;
Solid knowledge in tire manufacturing.
