Our National Finance Manager role offers significant responsibility and the chance to make a real difference.Your Role National responsibility and accountability to oversee all financial aspects of company, finance department and finance team, the flow of financial information to senior management and external parties in alignment with global financial strategy of Kuehne + Nagel.Your Responsibilities Manage financial resources of the company and resource planning.Financial Strategy and Planning.Collaborate with the national management team to develop and refine the company's financial strategy, aligning with long-term goals and objectives of the business and finance.Provide financial insights and recommendations to influence strategic planning, business development and investment decisions in accordance with the strategy of the company.Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to guide budgeting, resource allocation and financial performance assessment.Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting guidelines to safeguard company's assets and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and statutory financial regulations and standards.Identify potential financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks while capitalizing on growth prospects.Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities and legal teams to facilitate financial audits, compliance assessments and compliance with company secretarial obligations.Support with identifying potential non-organic growth opportunities and perform related financial due diligence.Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, controlling, procurement, payroll and financial reporting.Oversee other functions such as office administration or IT if and where required based on reporting lines.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial stability and efficiency.Lead and guide a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and professional development opportunities.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting methodologies.Lead financial process improvements in cooperation with Finance Knowledge Centre.Signatory rights.Your Skills and Experiences Minimum Relevant Degree in Finance/Economics/Commerce.Accounting and Finance Experience.International Experience.Leadership Experience.Preferred to have Logistics Experience.Fluent English.Fluency in Portuguese is preferred, but strong proficiency in Spanish will also be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
