The position
BY JOINING OUR TEAM IN EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION INTERNATIONAL YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Provide regulatory advice to Equinor projects natural gas strategical issues and
routine matters considering the Brazilian gas market liberalization;
Follow the gas regulatory agenda anticipating risks and opportunities for
Equinor-s projects.
Develop risk assessments and mitigation actions based ANP,
State Regulatory Agencies among other relevant resolutions, laws and decrees;
Communicate internally the regulatory procedures and secure that technical areas
are following the latest regulatory update;
Seek for good practices of Energy markets that could be applied for Brazilian
regulations;
PREPARE COMPELLING STORY-TELLING NARRATIVES BASED ON EQUINOR-S PROJECTS PRIORITIES TO SUPPORT ADVOCACY WORK TOWARDS DIFFERENT AUTHORITIES, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
ANP, EPE, ANEEL, MME, CNPE among others;
Represents Equinor in different associations such as IBP;
among others, to ensure that Equinor is compliant with natural gas governing
obligation requirements, delivering, together with the technical area/ projects,
the documents, and reports on time and with quality.

FOR THIS POSITION, WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor-s Degree required or Master-s degree desired;
7+ years of experience in the energy sector with a minimum of 3-4 years on natural
gas matters;
Understanding of energy policies, strategies, institutions, and regulations, with
special focus on Brazilian Natural Gas Energy Regulatory Framework;
Networking within ANP,other relevant authorities and stakeholders related to
Natural Gas matters;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written) is required;
Ability to live our values;
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to build relationship and
interact with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as convey complex
information to different audiences;
Holistic view - able to understand relevant cross-sectoral areas how they are
interrelated;
Well-structured and with attention to details;
Team player.
