Natural Language Understanding (Nlu) Analyst

We are seeking an experienced NLU Analyst to oversee a team of NLU Analysts.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technology.
As an NLU Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all labeling/analysis tasks are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities

Label language data following labeling guidelines
Ensure that labeling/data analysis tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Review, maintain and improve labeling guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy of labeling/analysis.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to identify requirements and prioritize tasks.
Work with the project management team to ensure that labeling/analysis tasks are scheduled and completed according to project timelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in NLU labeling/analysis
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field preferred
Understanding of Conversational AI concepts and technologies.
Experience with NLU tools and providers such as Dialog Flow
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
