If you are interested kindly share profile at ********Please Upload Resume in ENGLISH Version**Title: DotNet Application Support Location: Uberlandia, Brazil / REMOTEDuration: Fulltime Responsibilities:Supporting/Troubleshooting existing dot net desktop based and web-based application.Responsible for resolving technical issues for consumers, partners, clients or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating proceduresCreating, scheduling, monitoring jobs, troubleshooting jobsGo through logs and trace back to code as to what is going wrong.Manage and resolve production incidents.
