Netsuite Education Consultant - Senior Instructor-TrainingNetSuite Education Services provides comprehensive instructional programs to ensure our customers, partners, and employees have the knowledge to achieve the highest level of success.The Education Consultant plays a critical role in achieving this objective.
They work collaboratively with customers to help them build product knowledge, increase user adoption, and achieve ROI.
This role will focus primarily on customers who are currently implementing NetSuite but may also deliver training to Partners and existing customers.The Education Consultant works in a high-energy and dynamic environment, delivering training to multiple customers in a variety of industries.
This position is responsible for the delivery of instructor-led onsite and virtual end-user training.Responsibilities include:Assessing customer training needs and developing custom curriculum and materials (written and eLearning tutorials).Delivering quality training to ensure optimal user adoption.Providing additional services such as Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post Go Live Support Training.Advising customers on the importance of their training strategy and driving value.Delivering customer-specific End User Training, including pre-go-live, Train the Trainer, pre-UAT, and go-live support training.Participating in customer training requirements definition and training scoping conversations.Acting as a subject matter expert to mentor colleagues and contribute to curriculum development.The ideal candidate possesses a passion for training, has excellent communication skills, can deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual-classroom sessions, and demonstrates strong project management skills.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:Experience in the technology industry.Experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery.Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills.Understanding of common industry standards related to ERP and standard business practices.Excellent time management skills.Highly adaptable and open to change.Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish skills.Language Requirement:Full Professional Proficiency in English and Portuguese.Proficiency in Spanish is an asset, but not required.As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's problems.
