The ideal candidate must have the following skills:Cisco CCIE, Cisco CCDA or CCDP certificationStrong understanding of TCP/IP, switching technologies (VLAN's, STP, RSTP, VTP, 802.1x, VCP), Routing (EIGRP, BGP, redistribution, summarization), IP (subnets, CIDR, NAT, ACL's, DNS, DHCP, WINS), VoIP, multicast protocols (PIM, IGMP), QoS Cisco IOSGeneral knowledge around NTP, SNMP, Net flow, CEF, Security Protocols, network management packages including Cisco Works, NetQos, QIPTechnical knowledge of T1, T3, Ethernet, MPLS, CWDM and DWDMExperience in SDN, Arista Cloud Technologies and Leaf-Spine Data Center networkingStrong technical knowledge of VoIP/IP telephony systems, PBXs, voice mail, ACD's, interactive voice services, call management systems, and telecommunications accounting systemsStrong hands-on knowledge of SIP, H.323, TCP/IP, FoIPStrong understanding of VoIP, QoS issues and mitigation strategies.
