Mandatory requirements for this position: BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or any Graduate with related technical experience.
Advanced English (Preferred C1-C2, Minimum level B2) - Essential Advanced or native Portuguese - Essential Advanced or native Spanish - Essential 4 - 8 years of experience implementing Network Security systems Experience implementing SASE solutions to end-users Experience working and implementing VPN and Firewalls solutions to end-users Experience in designing and implementing security systems.
Experience and advanced knowledge of network protocols such as ARP, IP, TCP, UDP, DHCP and DNS.
3 years of minimum experience in building and maintaining the infrastructure required to ensure the security of information systems.
2+ years of experience with security products and/or offerings.
2+ years of proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.
Experience and good knowledge of routing protocols, such as OSPF and BGP.
Experience and good knowledge of network security protocols, such as IPsec, SSL and GRE 1 year at least of experience with Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, firewalls, App-ID, user-ID, content-ID and Global Protect.
1 year at least of experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure.
1 year at least of experience in Operating Systems Windows, Unix, Linux.
1 year at least of experience with Network resources with firewall experience who can be upskilled to Palo Alto.
PCNSE, CCNA certifications are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Developing security protocols and architectures.
Setting up and configuring firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools.
Conducting penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities.
Implementing encryption solutions to protect data.
Designing and deploying secure network solutions.
Responding to and mitigating security breaches.
Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
Skills Required: Strong knowledge of network architecture and protocols.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages in cybersecurity.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM).
Knowledge of the protocol, NIST.
Main differences between a firewall and an Intrusion Detection System.
What a VPN is and how it works.
What a DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) is in network security.
What are the desirable experience requirements for this position?
With endpoint security software (antivirus, DLP, IPS, NAC).
In security (IPSEC / SSL-VPN / NAT / GRE).
With batch scripting.
Also to independently debug large, complex and unique environments with mixed applications and protocols.
Existing knowledge and experience with public cloud platform (IaaS) features, capabilities and best uses.
