Human by nature.As a Network Supply Planner you will report to the Network Supply Planning Manager. You will develop integrated supply network for respective technologies and sites. Establish methodology to manage production capacity based on forecasted demand. Optimize efficiency and minimize cost. Lead SLOB processes and corrective actions. Develop metrics and solutions for improving inventory health (age, value, turns). Minimize impact on reserve. Leverage Site Supply Reviews to develop recommendations for solving complex supply issues and enhance capacity utilization. Mitigate Service Risks. Align best practices and training within the region. Manage Raw material long term requirements, contracting and allocation process. Support transfers between sites.Core Responsibilities:Work in close collaboration with GBS, customer care, demand planning, raw material planning and planning streams/systems to ensure service level to customersOptimize supply network; balance capacity and inventory across the supply networkPropose and drive processes/ways of working for more efficiency and reduced costProject ManagementReview slow moving and obsolete inventory.
