New Business Development Supervisor – Salto, Brazil

The IMC business is looking to expand its presence in the market by exploring new applications for Arxada's portfolio. The resource will be responsible for supporting the creation of strong business plans for projects to be implemented in the region (medium to long term), for development opportunities targeting customers in new applications in all of South America.
Essential Job Functions:
Analyze new opportunities and create appropriate business plans
Propose new products, technologies, or business models that fit the identified opportunities
Interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting plans and evaluate projects by determining market opportunities, development of new industries, customers, and territories
Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process
Project Management for NBD Projects
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Chemical Engineering
Three to five years' prior experience in a business development role in a manufacturing environment, preferably
Excellent commercial skills
Excellent organization and time-management
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
