You will work shifts from 10:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., allowing you to organize your free time flexibly. There may also be options to work shifts during the day to increase skills and get to know our guests better.
You will be the 'face of Mercure London Bridge', extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do while adding your personal touch to their stay.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the general running of the hotel at night and supporting other departments to set up for the next day.Being an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.Undertaking night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.Being confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognizing all guests including those who require special attention.A little more information: To help you navigate your role and support your success, you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests, you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guest's perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first-hand.
