Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Night Guest Service Agent to join the team at Adagio Aparthotel Stratford on a Full-Time basis.
This position will be required to work shifts from 11pm - 7:18am, 5 days a week, including weekends and weekdays.
The moment a guest steps into our hotel, you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence.
You have the important job of guiding guests through their stay, from smooth check-ins and check-outs to insights on the local attractions and eateries.
You will be remembered for your superb customer service and positive energy.
You will be in charge of night reports, taking payments, breakfast setup, keeping the lobby and reception clean and tidy, and preparing documents needed for the day.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Professional presentation essential
Availability to work on a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
