Nissha Metallizing Solutions | Junior Sales Manager | OsascoPosition Summary: The Junior Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful support in the execution of the sales strategy regarding new labelling solutions and safeguarding the profitability of the core business. He/She will support the Sales Director in growing profitable sales volumes by building strategic partnerships with potential label customers. The candidate will have the opportunity to be trained by the Sales Director, who will assist in their development and professional growth.This position will report to: Sales DirectorEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Support in the identification of customer needs in the market for new labelling solutions within the possible production range.Active account management for existing customers in the label business, following priorities indicated by the Sales Director.Build strong relationships with brand owners and converters to establish a user community for products, upon request.Prepare quotations and present individual offers to customers, with a clear goal to deliver additional value to the market, in alignment with the Sales Director.Monitor, report, and address competitor activities in the market.Active promotion and sales of new products/services/concepts.Skills and Abilities:Creativeness driven by passion and curiosity.Convincing appearance and good negotiation skills.Spirit of enterprise and focus on results.Organizational and coordination capability.Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage stress.Ability to work in multicultural environments.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and proactively.Precise, structured, and reliable work ethic.Positive and optimistic mindset.Natural team player.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or comparable studies.Business acumen and account management experience.Preferably 2-3 years of account management experience in the packaging industry, preferably the label industry (manufacturer base material, converters, printers).Proven track record in building and developing markets.Experience in a matrix organization would be advantageous.Excellent knowledge and use of Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; Suite Adobe appreciated.Travel: TBDLanguages:Portuguese: mother tongue or fluency, both written and spoken.English: fluency, both written and spoken.Location: Osasco, hybrid organization.
