Personnel with the skills to attend Field Operations Supervisor for Nitrogen equipment to perform Nitrogen Operations in Offshore and onshore.Partner with the bestAs a Nitrogen Field Specialist you will fulfill a function of planning, preparation, and execution of wells together with our clients.As a Nitrogen Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:Coordinating movement and rig-up of all equipment at the well site and supervising site crew in operations of equipment for particular job.Leading rig pre-job meetings with Baker Hughes personnel and external personnel involved in the operation.Supervising personnel during the execution of Nitrogen jobs.Completing a detailed and comprehensive job report at the end of the job.Completing all relevant documentation in relation to the job.Discussing the job handling with the Company Representative.Any other duties or functions indicated by the Operations Coordinator.Reporting regularly to superiors on base operations activities ensuring effective liaison between base and site.Maintenance of all service equipment at the base.Being involved in planning and supervision of other services and activities, completing job preparations (Operations Ticket book, pre-job and post-job meetings).Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes' Core Values.Complying with HSE management system procedures and standards.Participating in all HSE training.Maintaining constant attention to processes, protocols and activities that may generate any type of risk to health, physical and moral integrity, work environment and especially to life.Reporting threats, possibilities, facts and behaviors contrary to safety, health and occupational medicine policies.Maintaining regular contact with the Operations Coordinator.Informing the Shore Coordinator immediately of any inability to perform operational tasks.Arriving at the specified departure point fully prepared for offshore travel and future operations before check-in time as instructed by the Operations Coordinator.Understanding and complying with all client safety requirements.Being able to communicate with clients and subcontracted personnel.Attending all rig safety conferences and meetings, always presenting relevant topics as needed.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have the ability to work and communicate well with others.Have preferable English knowledge, but not mandatory.Be fluent in Portuguese.Have more than 2 years of experience in Nitrogen Services.Have completed a technical degree.Location: MacaéWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
