Node.Js Developer

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Node.js (v8.17-14.x) Build, integrate, and test both internal and 3rd party APIs Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions Participate in daily standups and contribute to 2-week sprints in an Agile/SCRUM development environment Troubleshoot and debug complex systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness Work with MySQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch to manage and optimize databases Implement best practices for code quality, continuous integration, and deployment using Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub, and other tools Ensure smooth operation of systems using tools like PM2, Nginx, and Debian Technical Requirements: 6 years of professional experience with Node.js Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and modern web frameworks Experience with API microservices and working with RESTful APIs Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB (ElasticSearch is a plus) Familiarity with tools such as Grunt, Express.js, Jenkins CI, and PM2 Knowledge of GitLab, GitHub, NewRelic, JIRA, and Confluence for project management and monitoring Experience working in Agile/SCRUM product development Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bonus Skills: Experience with Nginx and Debian-based environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Strong understanding of cloud services and hosting environments
