With millions of users and expanding into new education verticals, they are looking for talented individuals to contribute to their continued success.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality server-side logic using Node.js and Express, ensuring the platform scales effectively.Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB-based solutions, ensuring efficient use of NoSQL databases with a focus on performance and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to break down business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.Lead technical research and spikes to assess new technologies, system improvements, and refactor opportunities before implementation.Proactively identify and propose improvements to existing systems and processes, enhancing performance, scalability, and maintainability.Investigate, debug, and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and a seamless user experience.Use development tools like Jira and GitHub to manage tasks, track issues, and maintain code quality through version control.Maintain documentation and follow best practices for development and deployment, ensuring knowledge sharing across the team.Mandatory requirements:NodeJS + Express / "traditional" Node ecosystem.MongoDB, general understanding of NoSQL databases and JSON documents, understanding performance concerns.Ideal candidate should proactively identify areas for improvements and needs to be comfortable decomposing business requirements into technical tasks themselves.
