Job Title: Non-Technical Recruiter Location: Mexico, Brazil Job Type: Contract (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top non-technical talent, including roles in repair technicians and helpdesk technicians. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage with potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit. Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide a positive candidate experience by managing communication and offering feedback. Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtually and in-person, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Facilitate interview panels and assessments as needed. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Use data to make informed decisions and improve recruitment processes. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all recruitment activities. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruiting non-technical roles, preferably in a corporate environment. Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Technology: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese
