We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual identity of NoPing, a leading company in latency optimization for online gaming. As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality content, including motion videos, 2D/3D animations, banners, logos, and various materials for social media, websites, and apps. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer with a passion for gaming, creativity, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to deliver visually compelling assets. Responsibilities Create motion videos and animations (2D and 3D) for campaigns and product launches. Design posts, covers, and banners for social media platforms. Develop logos and branding materials for NoPing and associated products. Design presentations, website and app interfaces (UI/UX), and other visual assets as needed. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align creative assets with strategic objectives. Utilize tools like Trello and Jira to manage tasks and ensure timely delivery. Requirements 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 5+ years specializing in 2D/3D and motion design . Proficient in tools such as: Motion and Animation: Adobe Animate, After Effects, LottieFiles. 3D Design: Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini. Graphic Design and Video Editing: Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender. Intermediate English (mandatory) for reading and basic communication. Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D/3D design and motion graphics. Gamer with a strong passion for online gaming (mandatory). Preferred Skills Fluent English (a plus).
