Nursery Operation Manager

Location: Kerinci, Indonésia

Job Descriptions:
Work Closely with the Nursery Manager to develop Nursery production and delivery operation plan.
Ensure that all work is carried out following the correct procedure ad to the required standard.
Provide coaching and mentoring for personal development in technical and managerial skills.
Ensure that all staffs, customers, visitors, comply with safety standard.
Be safety conscious at all times.
Budget controller, keep accurate documents records of nursery activities, and ensuring information integrity.

Qualification :
Experience in the design and implementation of programs
Experience in managing and communicating large data sets.
Experience managing / working with forestry/environmental research – including field verification
Aimed at science communications and/or developing links between research and operations
Must be able to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict and sometimes simultaneous deadlines
