O&M Service Manager
in a PV plant in Juazeiro, Brazil
.
Your duties will be
:
Compliance with Contracts and contractual KPIs (e.g. Availability, HSEQ, response times, staffing).
Management and control of relevant items in the Plant Budget.
Written and oral communication (meetings with customer delegates in plant or operational meetings and monthly meetings if deemed appropriate by ROM, line manager, peers, suppliers).
Compliance, recording, development and interpretation of HSEQ Procedures, Technical, etc. (Franchise implementation).
Feed, use and "evangelization" of Custodian (Spares, Corrective, Preventive, photos, records, etc.).
General Plant Status Control (SCADA, equipment, vegetation, cleaning, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures as well as those in the environmental field, influencing the daily activity and awareness in this regard and ensuring the necessary resources for compliance.
We are looking for profiles with high potential, the ability to work in a team and the motivation to grow. In addition, to participate in the selection process you must meet the following
requirements
:
Engineering or related training in electrical specialties, or equivalent industrial experience.
A minimum of 2 years in a management or team coordinator position in a photovoltaic or energy plant, with direct communication with the client.
Master's Degree in PRL and Master's Degree in Renewable Energies.
Knowledge of electrical installations, preferably photovoltaic.
Experience in technical personnel management.
High level of English is a plus.
