**HSE** (demonstrate exemplarity, promote good HSE culture):
- Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies' and Brazilian/International HSE policy, rules, regulations, and specifications.
- Contribute to continuous HSE performance improvement.
- Participate in Risk Assessments (incl.
OPERSAFE and PTR) and provide feedback as required.
- Promote TotalEnergies' climate ambitions through promotion of CFR initiatives (e.g.
improvement of energy efficiency) for producing assets and for projects under construction/development
**Project follow-up**:
- Perform continuous follow up of project execution performance - promote improvements and optimization through active engagements with Operator and other partners.
Ensure immediate information to Dev Manager and BDG director regarding important project execution issues (delays, integrity issues, etc.)
- Active participation and in coordination with TEEPBR's supply chain management as part of TotalEnergies' contract award process at TEEPBR level (Contract Committees) and HQ level (CCEP)
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Development Manager and BDG Director as per TEEPBR requirements
**Context and environment**
- Job holder is located in TEEPBR offices in Rio de Janeiro.
The position requires transverse communication and coordination with other TEEPBR and HQ entities as well as partners, in particular TEPBR.
**Education**: Petroleum Engineering Degree or equivalent (mechanical, chemical, projects)
- **Professional Experience**: Minimum 20 years in the oil & gas industry of which minimum 10 years in project follow-up / management - experience with offshore hook-up and installations is a plus.
- **Technical Competencies**:
- Good HSE minded drive;
- Good understanding of how Petrobras works: governance of project investment decisions, contracts schemes (e.g.
L&O), and how to influence their technical and managerial decision in regards of how to deploy an FPSO, reduce or minimize schedule constraints and eventual overruns in case it happens during EPCI phase;
- Good understanding of FPSO operations as a whole as well as all details in how develop a project of such magnitude and the necessary means to deploy such projects due to Brazilian local constraints;
- Good understanding of logistics issues + Brazilian regulatory requirements to resolve project demands like incoterms and REPETRO;
- Working level knowledge of project follow up project and evaluate eventual risks;
- Ability to develop proper strategies to deal with operator to influence proper decisions with CTR (Modec, etc).
- **Other Competencies**: Proficient in Portuguese and English.
French is an asset in the actual work environment
