Organizational Change Management Senior Consultant
Role Description:
E2E change management, training, coaching, and senior management consulting within IT program deployments.
The role is remote with potential light travel in Brazil, as needed (less than 20%).
Projects include but are not limited to:
Custom engagements and programs for applications deployment.
Client Requirements:
Ability to communicate in Portuguese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills).
5-10 years of minimum OCM experience within a technical company.
Bachelor's Degree in any technical or scientific field (engineering, information technology, software, etc).
Possess a Prosci ADKAR certification (Certified Change Practitioner or above).
Experience working on major CRM and ERP technology transformation programs.
Experience as a Senior IT business management consultant for programs that involved GenAI, CRM, ERP implementations, and business changes to support that.
Demonstrate M365 skills and usage.
Possess MS Copilot and GenAI skills, experience with prompt engineering.
Define customer requirements to meet technical requirements and prerequisites for deployments.
Conduct gap analysis for current state using M365, AI tools, and previous deployments through partnerships analysis to determine a way forward to improving adoption strategies.
Identify change in technologies and do impact assessment.
Work at times with training partners to put together a readiness plan.
Demonstrate working with others effectively to get through the readiness program.
Perform the above all the way through to ultimately adoption.
Proven stakeholder management (internal and external) skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure Dev Ops technologies.
