We are looking for Contract Analyst a to join our team.
Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for carrying out the activities of preparing Offers for the supply of materials and services, carrying out the technical-economic analyzes of sales proposals and meeting the needs of customers, offering the appropriate product according to its applicability and aiming to contribute to the service and support to the Sales area.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Participate in the preparation of plans, together with the management of the Business Units (BU) to define goals, strategies and sales policies, subsidizing and supporting decisions with information and market data, as well as analyzing and monitoring the results of the plans and targets for the necessary adjustments, ensuring the achievement of results.- Carry out an economic analysis of sales proposals, taking into account all decision variables, including financial, delivery times, technical specifications, targeting other competent areas, in search of service improvement and full compliance with customer needs.- Provide customer service by clarifying doubts regarding the sales proposal, discounts, organizing Company identification documents to present to the customer, offering contribution and technical improvement.- Carry out pre-sales follow-up, preparing a strategy for negotiating deadlines, advising customers when specific unscheduled events occur.- Adjust material prices according to the formula contained in the contract, checking fluctuations in hard currency, for planning and administration of the same.- Critical analysis of processes and project management, participating from the negotiation phase of new business to the delivery of supplies and financial flow.- Conduct internal and external meetings with customers and other Prysmian departments.- Analyze material returns, identifying reasons and responsibilities, informing the competent sector to make resolutions and continue the process, as well as proposing an action plan to eliminate the root cause.- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on customer experience.
Who are we looking for?- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics and related areas. An MBA or Postgraduate degree, with experience in managing large accounts, will be considered an advantage. Proven experience in the commercial/logistics/administrative area, managing contracts and offers, or related functions, required to master the main activities of the position.- Analytical capacity, Excellent communication, Resilience, Multitasking, Empathy, Independent and Innovative profile, Leadership and People Management will be considered as basic skills for the evaluation.- Specific knowledge: SAP, BI Tools and Advanced Excel.- Desirable: Fluent in English and/or Spanish.
