Team Overview and Job responsibilities:
We are looking for a Full Offers & Contracts Analyst to join our team. Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for offers and contracts/orders administration for Digital Solutions Business Unit.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manager and control offers, sales proposals, contracts and orders performing technical and functional analyses, supporting the area in the development of regular activities.
- Participate in analyzes and other studies related to the administrative, economic and technical aspects of sales proposals, collecting data such as delivery times, financial terms, and technical specifications.
- Identify in the Prysmian portfolio products those meet the technical specification of the customers, understanding if they are the best choices in terms of cost benefits to the customer and to the business.
- Organize meetings with logistics, factory, fiscal, financial, sales and other areas to meet the offers and orders deadlines from the customers, always aligning with the business requirements.
- Work on improvements projects for managing of offers, contracts and orders, to simplify procedures, processes, and daily routines, bringing more agility to the business.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in Customer Service / Customer Success, working with offers, orders, sales proposals, backlog, reports, and claims.
- Analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads as well as develop new ideas and creative solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineer as a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP and advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel).
