We are looking for a highly qualified Offshore Translator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Translate technical documents, operational reports, and various communications between onshore and offshore teams
Ensure accurate translations, maintaining technical precision with industry-specific terms
Facilitate communication between teams of different nationalities, both in Portuguese and English
Collaborate with engineers, managers, and other professionals to ensure clarity and cohesion in translations
Provide support in meetings and conferences, performing simultaneous translation when necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in technical translation or proven experience in the offshore industry
Ability to perform simultaneous translation
Job requirements

Requirements:
Fluent in English

(spoken and written)
Proven experience in technical translations, especially in the offshore or industrial sector
Knowledge of technical terms related to the oil, gas, and maritime operations industry
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in teams
Availability to work in offshore environments as needed
CBSP and HUET certifications
