Omnichannel Planning Specialist

RED is seeking an Omnichannel Planning Specialist for one of our clients in Brazil. This contractor position has an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor HCP portal improvements. Develop, implement, and optimize omnichannel campaigns for HCPs and patients, including email, social media, and online ads. Create engagement strategies to enhance communication across all channels. Identify and optimize effective channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create tailored content. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts. Requirements: Experience in digital marketing or omnichannel strategy. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools like Salesforce marketing cloud. Able to commute to the office in Sao Paulo.
