We're a rapidly expanding team filled with talented people from around the globe.As an Onboarding Consultant at Wati, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients during their onboarding journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 1-3 years of experience in onboarding to contribute to our company's success and help our clients achieve their business goals.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-person workshops, webinars, and 1-1 training to clients on how to effectively utilize our products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the features and functionality.Assist clients in configuring and customizing our products to meet their specific requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process, escalating as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the upgrades made to the product and advise customers accordingly.Ensure the onboarding queries on WhatsApp chat and email channels are answered within the defined SLAs.Be responsible for localizing the onboarding process for clients in Brazil and Latin America, using Wati's global onboarding model as a reference.Minimum Requirements1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, customer support, or customer success, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.Technical proficiency and experience working with software platforms and systems.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.If you are a dedicated and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, we invite you to apply for the position of Onboarding Consultant at Wati.
