Onboarding Specialist

****Temporary Contract **** Join our dynamic team as an Onboarding/Migration Specialist. This role is pivotal in transitioning our clients from legacy systems to our integrated platform, ensuring a smooth, efficient migration process. The Role:
Lead the migration of agriculture clients from legacy systems to our platform. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the migration process. Deliver compelling demonstrations and training to ensure client confidence and competence on the new platform. Engage directly with clients through cold calling and follow-ups, maintaining a customer-centric approach. Collaborate with the adoption team to support new and existing clients through their transition. What We're Looking For:
Task-oriented individuals with a knack for spotting technical problems. Tech-savvy professionals capable of guiding clients through each step of the migration. Experience in customer success and service Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with at least two days per week in the office.
