Join us and be the eyes, ears and voice of Ford.In this position...You will be responsible for running existing one-make series, developing and executing a global one-make series strategy that will grow the business, conquest new customers and strengthen the Ford brand.What you'll do...Help Ford to build the world's best one-make racing series (OMS), enhancing the racing experience for our customers and creating new fans of the brand through world-class championships.Develop and implement a global strategy to grow and increase the availability of OMS, including vehicle sales, customer acquisition, driver development programs, etc.Identify, analyze and present recommendations for new sources of revenue from our existing OMS.Coordinate with OMS customers on championship entries, vehicle sales, vehicle delivery and other related topics.Manage all series and event related topics including managing key stakeholders such as customers, sanctioning body, operations agency, suppliers, etc.Work cross-functionally with other departments (Ford Performance Competition / Engineering, Sales and Marketing) to ensure program's success, achieving KPIs and show consistency in approach, implementation and customer experience.Implement a consistent customer and brand experience across our Motorsports efforts.Manage relationships with new & existing partners supporting the championship and grow the platform as an attractive BB opportunity.Prepare presentations on program initiatives, relevant to position, to be shared with key Company stakeholders as required.Manage the Race to Le Mans 05 with Mustang Challenge as an invitational round, as well as future invitational & non-championship rounds.Liaison with production and engineering team on volume planning, new vehicle development, etc.Develop global OMS guidelines and regulations standard.You'll have...Bachelor's Degree in Business / Engineering or related field of study.5+ years of relevant experience in (Motorsport, customer racing, engineering, sales, strategy, etc.)You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!This position is a leadership level 6.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
