Ada Tours - is an inbound tour operator (incoming tour operator), serving Brazil and all countries of Latin America, from Central America to South America and Antarctica. We believe all our guests are unique. Among them are experienced travelers, and beginning explorers of Latin America. The way our guests travel is also very individual
- VIP couples, big families with children (big and small), companies of happy friends, groups of colleagues, incentive travelers, business travelers (MICE) and exhibitions/congress visitors. Also some guests come to us inspired by a specific interest and we build their individual tour to Brazil, Argentina or other countries of Latin America based on their passion.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Consultant. The Tourism Consultant will be responsible for:

- Creation of tours and programs;
- Services quotations according to customer requests;
- Contact with suppliers and hotels in Brazil and Latin America;
- Negotiation of rates and services with hotels and suppliers;
- Assisting clients in planning their travel itineraries.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in Travel Planning and Consulting, with the ability to analyze client needs and create personalized travel packages
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with knowledge of Russian and other languages being a plus
- Medium knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus

Pay: From R$2,500.00 per month
