The Operation Director coordinates the site managers and is responsible for delivering of results (SQPDM) in an assigned area. Builds and develop organizational capability across the sites in an area involving all stakeholders to drive and deliver continuous improvement culture and the desired competitive business results.

What You Will Do Ensures the correct implementation of TPM in the sites under his responsibility according to the sites' master plan and a udits the sites to ensure the TPM steps approvals.
Coaches and provides feedback to the sites
Effectively communicates performance goals, objectives standards and expectations in or der to ensures understanding and commitment from all levels in the organization. Overall ownership for site productivity results .
Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
Actively builds and maintains strong relationship and collaboration with all areas of the business in his area of responsibility .
Actively establish affective lines of communication with corporate resources.
Establish effective relationships with other Ops Directors in the region in order to transfer learnings and manufacturing strategies in order to improve overall results of the business.
Provides leadership, coaching, direction-priority setting and energizes their Site Manager and management teams of the sites under his/her scope
Who You AreProfessional 10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, manufacturing process, continuous improvement tools, TPM.
Strong manufacturing background in FMCGs.
Knowledge in TPM, Maintenance, Project Management & Union Relationships. Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Knowledge of highly complex multi-site business operations.
Ability to build trust in an open environment by involving others and building effective teams and act as a team player.
Ability to challenge appropriately and to foster creativity and innovation in the scope of product supply.
Ability to drive continuous improvements and best practice sharing.
Proven practice of international leadership.
A winning attitude and perseverance.
Advance in the English language.
Willingness to travel in domestic or international locations.
