Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to operations teams,
create system configuration for digital marketing campaigns.
System Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational systems to identify performance
issues, outages, or areas for improvement.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve operational problems by working closely with
cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes,
and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify
opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to analysis user data.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer or Information technology).
At least 2 years of experience in an operations support engineering role, preferably in digital marketing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with AWS, AWS CLI, DynamoDB, Redshift, Aurora, Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, S3, Cloudfront, Cloudformation, SNS, Pinpoint, Azure AAD B2C Custom Policy
Azure Application Insight Adobe:AEM, AJO, AEP
Have experience with NodeJS, SQL, Git, GitHub Action
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
