JOB DESCRIPTION:Operation Agent Will be responsible for serving customers (agencies and operators) and suppliers by email and/or by phone (in more critical cases), to ensure the smooth running of pre-stay and reservation operations. Will act autonomously, with supervision present, if necessary.
Main attributions: Monitoring the progress of reservations and handling on an online platform.Customer service and communication (agencies and operators) by email and phone.In critical cases, customer service by phone.Solving routine problems in the area.Prerequisites: Some experience with the routine of the area of operations in tourism acquired in agencies, operators, or Hospitality.Ability to act with autonomy, security, and initiative to solve work problems.Responsibility and commitment.Good interpersonal, communication and team spirit.Ability to work with intense rhythm in a controlled / balanced way.English - advanced / fluent level. Must be able to communicate on objective and common questions by email.
