About the Position The mission of the Operations team is to ensure the operational fluidity of Parfin's products and services and to delight our customers with the best support, efficiency, and timeliness. Parfin is growing rapidly, and as an Operations Analyst, you will be challenged to interact with the entire crypto market, including counterparts, exchanges, clients, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about interesting topics such as Crypto Trading, Custody, Foreign Exchange, Pricing, and more. Responsibilities Improve customer support to ensure user satisfaction and loyalty; Optimize processes and internal controls. Maintain the service knowledge base; Support the operational workflow of Parfin's products and business areas; Communicate and build relationships with partner areas and institutions; Assist in the order execution process; Prepare and issue statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders; Establish entities and ensure the necessary licenses for operational scalability; Onboard new exchanges/counterparts; Automate operations.) Requirements Experience in Operations within the Crypto market; Knowledge of the Financial/Foreign Exchange Market; Advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros, VBA, Power BI; Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities for the area; Problem Solving and First-Call Resolution: Focus on quickly resolving problems during the first interaction with the customer; Experience in process automation; Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; Fluent in English/Fluent in Spanish. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Python programming; Knowledge of SQL Databases.
