We need to hire the right people, into the right roles, at the right time.Are you up for being a part of the Operations team to promote System1, our thought leadership, partnership activity, product launches, and promotional activity?Are you excited by working with leading-edge IP and products that can make a huge impact on our customers' businesses?Do you relish the role of being the disruptor in a category and rise to the challenge of stretching goals?Do you enjoy utilizing various skills, like copywriting, research, event planning, and relationship building?What will you be doing?Respond to queries in JIRA Helpdesk and oversee the efficient resolution of project delivery.Manage fieldwork performance and escalate issues with the suppliers when necessary.Advise sales and research teams on best practice and product concerns.Work with key delivery suppliers around the world, including our offshore Delivery team in Bulgaria and expert sample providers, translation, and data processing/charting agencies.Work closely with the sales and research teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer delivery.Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the delivery operations process and keep instruction documents updated.This role will be working in English, regardless of the location of the customer or supplier.You need to be this kind of person:Happy working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with changes as they arise.Confident communicating at all levels, both internally and externally.Happy working collaboratively as part of a team and building great working relationships across the company.Able to prioritize workload and be resourceful in solving problems.Positive and conscientious, with a flexible approach to work.Eager to learn new skills and keen to build on existing experience.Able to remain calm and focused under pressure.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and very organized.You need to have the following experience:Must haveStrong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Three to five years of work experience.Understanding of Project management principles.Able to work on a shift of 10am – 8pm (TBD).Basic experience with ticketing systems (JIRA etc.) and Microsoft Office suite.Nice if you haveExperience working for a US-based team.Two years' experience in a role with a customer-focused mindset.Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, or a related field.Competitive salary + bonus scheme.
