The operation teams in Curitiba teams are proactively working to optimize the potential of our manufacturing system - and the Industrial Controllership teams have the mission of supporting these activities by offering their expertise in financial matters.

What you'll do:
As an Operations Controller Analyst, you will help us by managing Product Sourcing Operations (PSO) alongside the Sourced Products team, in the role of a financial business partner.

In detail, you will:
- Offer support in budget, forecast and realized costs processes, preparing necessary reports and remaining in close contact with global PSO leaders for internal and external sources analysis;
- Prepare and upload official templates in the required systems;
- Interface with local stakeholders during the process of collecting input for forecasts;
- Prepare, review and present monthly performance reports, as well as develop other types of requested reports when necessary;
- Managing Sourcing Board meetings and the ISS closing process.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration;
- Solid experience with financial controllership;
- Experience with stakeholder management in multifunctional, multicultural teams;
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced English;
- Spanish is a strong plus.
Where you'll be:
You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office.
