As part of our SCPA Assurance Services team, you will look after our customers and project analysts' team in Brazil.
As an employee in Assurance Services (AS), you will become a member and leading part of a competent, motivated, and dynamic team that has exciting areas of work in store for you.
Innovative ideas are always welcome and allow us to grow together as a team.Key tasks will include, but not be limited to: Be responsible for operations activities in Brazil covering project and team performance (since project kick-off until final deliveries).
For specific projects, also responsible for projects abroad.Overview of main projects advancement, fostering opportunities of project extension or new demands.
Take action to ensure consistent revenue generation, with special attention for low performing ones.Capacity to understand project scope and specifications to drive team main tasks, guidance on consultants' allocation and monitor activities performance in high level of quality.Promote employee satisfaction, growth, and team resilience.Coordinate planning process in accordance with project specifications and internal requests, making sure that customer journey and internal CRM systems data quality flows properly.Close contact with salespeople, ensuring proper preparation for new upcoming projects (need for scaling or developing new capabilities based on projects scope).Monthly support on WIP and financial reporting analysis based on actual performance vs forecasted targets.Handle agreements changes or project scope changes together with the sales team, when needed.Responsibility for handling contingent workers (selecting, negotiation, hiring, monitoring) and related routine approvals.Focal point for internal hired activities requests through intercompany arrangements.CRM quality data responsibility.Support on development of revenue forecast for seasonal periods.What we offer DNV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, race, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age or political opinion.
Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversity.About you Successfully completed education at bachelor's degree (minimum).Experience in building customer relationships and ability to discuss with them regarding project activities, scope and deliverables.Experience in team management.Ability to provide smart solutions for project challenges, team guidance, and development.Basic financial knowledge for business performance management.Technical background knowledge and professional experience in HSE, ESG and/or safety culture are advantages.Service-oriented and with positive customer approach.Ambition and a high sense of responsibility spur you on.Knowledge on core business intelligence, CRM production and financial IT systems (Oracle, Finance Power BI, dashboards, corporate CRMs) is desirable, beyond common IT package ability.Your work is constructive and solution-oriented.English (fluent) is mandatory, Spanish desirable.Proven experience in project management mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
