The Role We are seeking to recruit a Homes Coordinator, offering a competitive starting wage ranging from $4.00 to $5.00 USD per hour, commensurate with qualifications and prior experience.
The Coordinator position on the Homes Team is a vital role working independently on day-to-day property repair management as we prepare for listing and tenants.
We're looking for candidates with a multitasking and motivated mindset, who have passionate commitment to quality work and are extremely detail-oriented.
This role is split to spend 80% of time managing their own projects, including new and existing properties, while 20% of time is spent assisting a Project Manager with a strong customer-first mentality, flexible thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities Project-manage property repairs Ensure the property repairs lifecycle for each property from beginning to end is always on schedule Provide exceptional client support Deliver timely, professional responses to owners, vendors and tenants for repair inquiries via phone call, text and/or email within communication SLAs.
