Job descriptionAssist Operations in day-to-day tasks to achieve targets and ensure drilling rig operations are conducted in accordance with the drilling contract. The focus will be on the optimization of the regional work plan and not on the direct supervision of crews in the day-to-day work. Execute client's drilling/core business in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner with the utmost consideration to our customers' needs for assigned assets. In this context, consistent best-in-class performance is the expectation.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssist to apply effective & efficient well execution plans and ensure rig crews are properly inspecting, maintaining and operating assigned drilling rigs.Assist to ensure the client Maintenance Program is properly tracked and maintained on each assigned rig.Assist in Annual Budget preparations and cost control procedures.Promote the principles of continuous improvement through tracking of P2R processes.Maintain good two-way communication with team members onshore and offshore.Ensure regulatory compliance is properly maintained.Participate in company required and recommended training.Provide support to onshore and offshore personnel as required.Ensure compliance with client's HSE Management System.Assist Operations Management with all rig-related processes.Assist multi-department integrated processes.Assist with KPI tracking & goal alignment in the Regions.Assist with all project management processes in Regions.Perform a necessary key leadership role for the Regions.Assist in new country set-ups as required.Assist in auditing processes globally.Support the provision of offshore drilling services including HSE performance, operation and maintenance of assigned division drilling units and performance of all ancillary operations and services which are provided within the division.Ensure the application of client's policies and procedures to create effective work practices.Other duties as assigned by senior management.Assist in processing of the global MOC process.Assist with alignment of ECP policies.Assist with alignment of Global Drops programs.Associated travel up to 25% required.Job requirementsCollege degree in any discipline or equivalent experience is required.Ability to promote a "safety-is-a-value" culture.Good working knowledge of general drilling systems for offshore-based operations.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.More infoTo apply for this position, use the 'Apply for this job' button.
