About the role: As a quickly growing company, the Operations Manager will play an important role in helping to keep all team members organized, and projects on track. We're looking for an enthusiastic leader, who is highly self-aware, and demonstrates empathy towards others. The Operations Manager will also need to have a demonstrably high level of attention to detail. This role involves bringing together all parts of our team and work to make sure that we're producing the best work that we can. The position is 100% remote, and either part-time or full-time, based on your availability. Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to understand and ensure project requirements are being met and moving ahead as expected. Clear any clogs. Plan sprints. Contribute to the planning, analysis, estimation and client-facing roles, leveraging previous experience in these areas. Provide oversight and leadership to all members of the team - including software developers, designers, customer support and sales team members. Manage deadlines, budgets, and project resources efficiently. Conduct and participate in continuous improvement processes. Follow, and create SOPs. Organize and lead team and client meetings. Make sure that any items discussed or decided in a meeting never slips through the cracks and gets missed. Take Notes. Requirements: 5 years experience as a leader in an operations and/or project management role, at a software company. Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. You do not need to be a native English speaker. Strong understanding of software development processes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment while effectively collaborating with a distributed team.
