We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our LATAM team.
The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive in all the markets we operate.
Plus, the capacity for business analysis and finding new business opportunities.
What you will be doing Lead the implementation of strategic operational initiatives to optimize efficiency and scalability.Develop and refine processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of projects.Oversee vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts and managing performance.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards.Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.Champion the adoption and optimization of technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.Requirements: 4+ years of proven experience in Operations or a similar role, preferably in a leadership or coordination capacity.Strong understanding of business functions, including Legal, Finance, IT, and supply chain management.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data for strategic decision-making.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Proven track record of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).Experience in the payments industry or fintech environment is a strong advantage.What we offer: A global environment with teammates living around the world.Opportunities in a fast-paced growing company.Flexible time.If you are results-driven, have a good ability to work under pressure, and can prioritize, this is your job!
