Main Responsibilities: Support Company strategy and initiatives for order fulfillment, business requirements and performance demand in Brazil. Responsible for advising and guarantee that Sales and Sales Support Departments have the precise information for the customer purchase order, such as manufacturing product capacity, stock availability, Ocean Freight price and delivery requirements. Process customer Purchase Orders on system, generate Sales Contracts and coordinate signature with the customer and payments. Responsible for the entire order execution processes. Coordinate delivery schedules with HQ team and customers. Support Sales team on payment collection of Accounts Receivables. Anticipate potential order risks, measure, and report to management. Collect order/shipment requirements with customers and coordinate with HQ operations. Ensure on-time fulfillment of Customer demands and obligations. Send weekly reports, assist on the orders status presentation. Support internal stakeholders such as Financial, Legal, Technical and Product/MKT Marketing Departments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in international business, Logistics, Engineering, or similar relevant education 3 + years' experience in a similar position. Renewable Energy industry experience is a plus. Strong Logistic Supply Chain cycle, International Logistics transportation. Experience on MS Office Suite, Salesforce is a plus. Hard Skills: Self-starter, analytical, supply chain issues understanding, problem solver. Soft skills: Communication, teamwork, Organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and effectively manage shifting priorities. Bilingual: English
