**Operations at Brex**
The Operations team is the bridge between our product and our customers. Our priority is to keep our customers happy and their businesses protected, while delivering vital information back to our internal teams. We are responsible for underwriting all of our customers, while simultaneously managing Brex's risk exposures. We work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Data, and Engineering to allow Brex to scale efficiently, keeping quality top of mind.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will own all facets of the Operations Rotational Program. You'll partner closely with recruiting to build a strong pipeline of analyst talent. You'll find creative ways to build Brex's brand awareness with entry level talent across the country. As the program grows, you will create an engaging 18-month experience that helps Brex grow our talent from within. You'll work hand-in
- hand with Operations Management to ensure the program results in well-trained and experienced Analysts who would be great additions to all Operations teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with key Universities for the Rotational Program
- Own structure and development of the Rotational Program
- Open or develop new markets as we expand
- Manage the career development of Operational Analysts as a consistent point of contact as they rotate through different segments of the Operations organization
- Explore incremental opportunities for entry-level talent acquisition
**Requirements**:
- Experience working on a Rotational or similar entry-level talent program
- Experience managing University partners and running program marketing efforts including information sessions, creative flyer or other marketing material development
- A passion for talent development
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- BS or BA degree
