About the Role: The Order Management Specialist ensures efficient and seamless order fulfillment processes.
This role involves collaborating with clients, freight forwarders, and fulfillment centers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and acute attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities: Review each order to assess readiness for release.
Coordinate shipment arrangements with clients or freight forwarders as required.
Generate pick tickets using SAP for the fulfillment center, ensuring order accuracy.
Transmit pick tickets to the fulfillment center and monitor progress.
Follow up on tracking information using VBedi to provide timely updates to clients.
Verify order accuracy by reviewing packing lists and Airtable records.
Serve as a liaison between customers and the organization to address fulfillment center issues.
Collaborate with shipping agents/agencies to resolve client issues by furnishing necessary documentation, such as commercial invoices, HTS Codes, and COO.
Qualifications: Strong expertise with SAP (non-negotiable) and other order-processing software.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or a related field.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in reviewing orders accurately.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
Experience in coordinating shipments and resolving logistics issues is desirable.
