In this role, you will manage the entire order process from initiation to completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multicultural and international environment, collaborate with internal teams and external customers, and contribute to process improvement and innovation.What will you do?Order Processing: Handle incoming orders (via EDI, email, credits, and debits) by verifying all required information and ensuring a clean order process through scheduling and production releaseCollaboration: Work closely with internal teams (R&D, FA, LOG, Production) and external customers (USA, CA, ROW, MX) to meet requirement demands and maintain high standards of customer serviceProblem Solving: Identify and resolve semi-complex customer issues using best practices and problem-solving skillsInformation Management: Effectively manage the inflow of order-related information to maintain optimal service levelsPlanning & Meetings: Participate actively in planning and order initiation meetings, S&OP meetings, and digitalization projects to enhance transparency, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfactionIMS Integrity: Ensure the integrity of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including updating documents and conducting presentations during ISO auditsSupport & Backup: Provide backup support for other business units and basic production planning activitiesContinuous Improvement: Lead activities related to developing tools, and improvement projects, and facilitate information flow to impact KPIsWhat will you need to succeed?Educational Background: A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferredProficiency in SAP and advanced office tools is requiredAt least 2 years of previous experience in customer service, order management or relatedStrong project management skills and experience with automation tools are essentialPower BI, TableauCustomer Centricity: Demonstrated client orientation and the ability to provide exceptional customer serviceBusiness Acumen: Sound business knowledge and the ability to drive change and innovation within the organizationProficiency in English is requiredEqual Employment Opportunity StatementSiemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
